Qualifications and Requirements:


  • Finance Diploma (Essential):
    • The ideal candidate would be a recent graduate with a good technical degree

Work Experience

  • Ideal Requirements (Advantageous):
    • Experience with software testing or quality assurance


  • Basic Requirements (Essential):
    • Good written and spoken English

Technical Skills

  • Basic Requirements (Essential):
    • Excellent PC skills with advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Ideal Requirements (Advantageous):
    • Experience with MS Access
    • Experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server) and SQL
    • Comfortable using VBA or other scripting languages, eg Groovy
    • Knowledge of XML, XSD and XSLT

Capabilities and Other Qualities

  • Basic Requirements (Essential):
    • Good interpersonal skills
    • Professional attitude with the ability to work individually or alongside staff in a different time-zone

Able to grasp unfamiliar concepts quickly - self-motivated and resourceful at finding ways of filling in knowledge gaps
