Digital Marketing Officer

Description

Responsibilities

  • Executing the organisation's annual digital marketing plan, including Social Media, SEO and SEA
  • Devising innovative digital marketing campaigns, that feed into the organisation's overarching marketing strategy
  • Creating engaging digital content that increases customer engagement and enhances the organisation's online brand
  • Managing & analyzing Ads campaigns, and recommend tactical changes to maximize campaign performance
  • Moderating all social media platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and Facebook
  • Producing regular digital dashboards for the Top Management, reporting progress against set KPIs
  • Monitoring and evaluating campaign performance and website analytics to create data-driven decisions.
  • Working closely with colleagues in Product, Regions, CSR and HR to ensure all activity is integrated
  • Creating and managing content for internal communication channels

Mission

Candidate requirements :

  • Degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Business or a related field
  • Strong track record implementing successful digital marketing campaigns
  • Experience using Content Management Systems (WordPress)
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills, preferably with experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics
  • Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords campaigns
  • Hands-on experience with advertising social media platforms such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, etc
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English.


Profile

Desirable:

  • Proven working experience in digital marketing agency
  • HTML/CSS skills are a PLUS
