Responsibilities and Duties


Define Testing methodology, and enforce the use of good practices


·       Define the Vermeg test methodology based on the industry best practices

·       Design test strategies for internal and client projects (Risk and Requirement Based Testing RRBT)

·       Build a dedicated training package for all the Testing & QA community

·       Contribute to update the SDLC : make the Test Strategy as a mandatory document for both project and
release Go / No-go, setup the quality gates / sanity checks and defect leakage reviews as part of the

continuous improvement process

·       Experiment test automation tools and define a Test Automation Strategy

·       Provide guidelines for TDD and BDD approach implementation across products

Support to Delivery Management

Support implementation of test strategies for projects & releases

  • Ownership of overarching Delivery Test strategies and Test Approach for Client Projects.
  • Ensuring QA/Testing Process and Procedures are followed across projects and teams.
  • Compliance with the Testing Framework, including standards, processes, tools, test plans, cases and templates across projects.

 Manage Quality Gates Across Product Lifecycle and Product's Teams

  • Define and manage quality gates (= exit criteria) across product lifecycle
  • Analyze defect leakage to improve test efficiency and discover defects in the product cycle

Define a Core Standard Test Repository

  • Build reusable test sequences aligned on E2E business requirements, user journeys & services covered by the product
  • Build relevant core standard testing assets aligned on business roles, requirements, data ...
  • Maintain up to date these assets regarding the evolution of the solution
  • Define criticality for each test case


Overall Quality improvement

  • Work to continuously improve the testing and quality practices already in place to achieve a greater result.
  • Monitor the overall Quality improvement through KPIS, and dedicated governance



·       Fluent communication in French and English

·       At least 10 years of relevant experience, not only as a tester but including E2E test management of a


·       Mastering test techniques, test types, different test levels, the principles of functional and non-functional

         testing as well as structured and risk-based testing

·       Knowledge of software development methodologies and life cycle management

·       Mastering test automation tools

·       Experience in an agile environment,

·       Ability to build bridges between people and stakeholders

·       Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.

·       Adaptability as we are looking for someone that can shift between projects and workload and be productive


·       Inspire and motivate team, provide direction and manage performance, Guide, support, coach, educate and

        mentor team members, encourage team to work collaboratively to contribute to achieving the team's

        business outcome
